A focused visit for returning patients to review treatment progress, address ongoing conditions, or evaluate results of previous care. Perfect for acne, eczema, or medication follow-ups.

-Medical Weight Management*-

We offer provider-led medical weight management focused on safety, long-term health, and evidence-based care. Each visit begins with a comprehensive medical evaluation to assess weight-related health factors and develop an individualized treatment plan. For some patients, prescription therapies — including GLP-1 medications such as Wegovy® or semaglutide — may be discussed when clinically appropriate. Ongoing monitoring and follow-up are an essential part of care.

*Medication is not guaranteed and is prescribed only when medically appropriate. Laboratory testing and medication costs are not included in visit fees. Stimulant-based weight loss medications, including phentermine, are not prescribed through this practice.

-Eyelash Loss Evaluation and Treatment-

We understand how distressing it can be to notice thinning or loss of your eyelashes. Surrounding eyelash loss (madarosis) may be caused by inflammation, infection, or even overuse of cosmetics or lash extensions. We may include a prescription as appropriate.

-Wart Assessment and Treatment-

This visit includes a skin assessment and treatment of common or plantar warts using cryotherapy (freezing), chemical application, or other in-office options based on size and location. Multiple sessions may be required for complete clearance. Personalized home care guidance provided.

-Kenalog® (Corticosteroid) Injections-

Kenalog (triamcinolone) is a corticosteroid medication injected directly into areas of inflammation to reduce swelling, redness, and discomfort. Commonly used for cystic acne, keloids, and localized inflammatory skin conditions, these injections offer fast and effective results with minimal downtime.
Most patients experience improvement within 48–72 hours.

-Eye Evaluation and Treatment-

Styes and conjunctivitis (pink eye) are common eye infections that can appear quickly causing redness, irritation and discomfort. During your visit, we will assess the affected area, determine the cause, and discuss treatment options such prescription medications if needed.

-Skin Tag Assessment and Removal-

Have a skin tag that is bleeding, catching on clothes or irritated? During this visit, we evaluate the number, size, and location of your skin tags and determine the best method of removal. Treatment may include cryotherapy, snipping, or electrocautery depending on your skin type, number of tags and preference. Most removals are quick, safe, and require minimal downtime.

-Skin Evaluation & Biopsy-

If you have a spot or lesion that has changed, isn’t healing, or just doesn’t look right, we can assess it and perform a biopsy right here in our office. Early evaluation and diagnosis are key to protecting your skin health and peace of mind.
