Our Provider

Rachel is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over 20 years of experience in nursing, spanning emergency medicine, flight nursing, cardiac care, administration, aesthetics and dermatology. Originally from Austin, Texas, she holds multiple advanced nursing degrees, including a Master of Science in Nursing Education, Administration, and Family Practice from the University of Texas at Arlington. She is currently completing her Doctor of Nursing Practice at the University of Southern Maine.
With additional certification and training in dermatology, Rachel is passionate about delivering thoughtful, evidence-based care tailored to each patient’s unique skin health needs. When she's not at the clinic, you can find her enjoying life in Gorham with her family and two dogs.

White Elm Dermatology is located at 8 Elm Street Suite 3, just beside Hannaford and near Ace Hardware, with dedicated free parking for your convenience. Our clinic offers a clean, welcoming, and private space where you can feel safe discussing your skin health concerns.
